We meet on video, in a cocoon of well-being for 1h30 so that you can balance your personal and professional life. That you unravel the problems and/or situations that cause you stress on a daily basis. Together we will define strategies to achieve your goals .
To do this, I will use tools such as positive psychology , personal development , practical exercises and my experiences to support you.
I remain available even outside of sessions for you, we will have a space to be able to discuss.
❊ 3 GUIDED YOGA AND MEDITATION SESSIONS , IN VIDEO.
The sessions are adapted to each level , you don't need to be a professional. They are personalized for your issues and needs.
❊ 1 ENERGY TREATMENT TO MAKE YOUR ENERGY BEST CIRCULATE.
The treatment session will bring you more fluidity in the situation that is blocking you or the emotions crystallized within you. The energy treatment session will be done remotely, with discussions at the beginning and end of the session.
❊ 2 IN-DEPTH GUIDANCES OVER 10 WEEKS.
It is a complementary tool to our support sessions. He will be able to provide you with different points of view on your situation and your problems. The sessions are done vocally so you can come back to them at any time.

Pour aider les femmes à atteindre le bien-être, j'utilise le yoga, la méditation, l'énergétique et la psychologie positive.
Avec l'apprentissage des forces de caractère, la pleine conscience, la gratitude, l'optimisme, les relations positives, la confiance en soi, la pleine conscience, l'accomplissement...
